Founded by Dr. Mehmood Ul Hassan under the mentorship of Dr. Kayani, HKF is the operational arm executing projects in healthcare, flood relief, and community development. We actively work on the ground to reach the most vulnerable.

Professor Dr. Kayani is the respected Ustaad-e-Mohtaram and mentor of Dr. Mehmood Ul Hassan. His wisdom forms the spiritual and ethical foundation of our work. He guides every major initiative—whether healthcare, education, or relief—and his personal contributions ensure the sustainability of our projects. This work is a Sadaqah-e-Jaariyah for him and his family.

From performing surgeries at our clinics to leading relief convoys into flood-hit areas, he is personally involved in every aspect of the service.
