About these terms
These terms apply to your use of hassankhidmatfoundation.org and to donations made to Hassan Khidmat Foundation, a non-profit organization registered in Islamabad, Pakistan (CRRFA/ICT/468 of 2026). By using the site or donating, you agree to these terms.
Donations
- Donations are voluntary gifts. No goods or services are provided in exchange.
- Amounts are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
- Donations are received only into the foundation's official account, HASSAN KHIDMAT FOUNDATION, and through the payment methods shown on this website.
- Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Safepay, under its own terms. We do not collect card details on this site.
Use of funds
We use each donation for the purpose you choose where possible. Zakat is used only for Zakat-eligible recipients. If a project is fully funded or cannot go ahead, we may use the gift for the most closely related need within the same category. General donations support our charitable programs and the costs of delivering them.
Tax status
The foundation is registered in Pakistan. Donations are not currently tax-deductible in the United States or other countries. Please contact us before donating if you need a tax receipt.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
Website content
We try to keep all information accurate and up to date, including project details and figures, but some may change. Photographs and content on this site belong to the foundation and may not be reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Islamabad.
