Who we are
Hassan Khidmat Foundation is a non-profit organization registered in Islamabad, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through hassankhidmatfoundation.org.
Information we collect
- Donation details: your name, optional email address, donation amount, purpose and chosen payment method, entered on our checkout page.
- Payment information: card payments are processed on the secure hosted page of our payment provider, Safepay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or banking passwords.
- Receipts and messages: if you choose to send a transfer receipt or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you share there.
- Technical data: our hosting and security providers (Cloudflare, including the Turnstile security check) process basic technical information such as IP address and browser type to protect the site from abuse.
How we use it
- To process, confirm and record your donation and direct it to the purpose you selected.
- To answer your questions and send receipts or acknowledgements you request.
- To keep financial records required for audits and by Pakistani law.
- To protect the website and donors from fraud and abuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade donor information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with providers that help us operate (payment processing, hosting and security), with our auditors, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Retention and security
Donation records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, audit and legal requirements. Access is limited to authorized members of the foundation.
Your choices
You may donate without giving an email address. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, unless we must keep it for legal or audit reasons.
